Job Description
CPEG is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to lead our Assembly Department as an Electrical Mechanical Assembler. The role involves assembling, testing, and repairing products that combine electrical and mechanical components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience using hand tools, soldering, crimping, wire harnessing
- Ability to demonstrate strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols like ESD handling
