As a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Representative for Modernizations or Controls, you will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment. Requirements
- Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities
- Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC
- Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions
- Manage complex multi service solutions proposals
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline
- Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity
- Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers
- Establish and build credibility
- Develop and sustain customer relationships
- Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively
- Detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
- Manage multiple activities all occurring at the same time, organize others and workflow to meet objectives on time
- Anticipate future trends accurately
- Adapts quickly in face pace environment to gain the order/booking in a timely manner
- Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets
- Create high quality timely estimates, bids & proposals including detailed cost benefit analysis to support client's business case for investment
