Cost Analyst

The Cost Analyst role is responsible for supporting cost accounting and financial analysis activities across manufacturing operations. This role operates as part of a center of excellence, providing cost analysis and financial support to multiple plants. The position focuses on inventory valuation, cost variance analysis, product costing, and month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting, finance, or related financial roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with SAP; experience with BPCS (AS/400) is a plus
• Data analysis skills; Power BI experience is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Strong analytical and accounting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, particularly during month-end close
• High level of organization and adaptability in a multi-plant environment
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective teamwork and collaboration across functions and locations
