Job Description
Carrier is hiring a Customer Care Associate to interact with customers, establish trust relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role is a great fit for someone who excels at building relationships, has outstanding customer service skills, and is passionate about working with cross-functional teams. The job is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days at home per week) in the Mississauga office.
Requirements
- Maintain and develop relationships with contract customers
- Support Commercial Service Agreement escalations
- Partner with Service Contract Specialist/Operations teams
- Attend to customer needs and requests
- Ensure Service Agreements are renewed on time
- Track action items to completion
- Work with Sales/Operations leadership to renew service agreements
- Seek out potential sales opportunities
- Reach out existing chiller customer base
