Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Inside Sales Representative for Viessmann Climate Solutions, responsible for commercial and technical processing of offers, orders, invoices, returns, and credits in the sales branch, interacting with customers, supporting sales promotions and external sales team, and requiring technical vocational training, knowledge of heating and control technology, and fluency in German.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training (e.g. SHK technician, heating/ventilation technician, electrical technician)
• Knowledge of heating and control technology as well as heat pump technology and knowledge in the field of photovoltaics
• Commercial and business knowledge is beneficial
• User knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is beneficial
• Fluent German knowledge
