As a customer advisor (m/w/d) - technology, you will be the interface to our customers, handling commercial and technical processing of offers, orders, invoices, returns, and credits in the sales location Hamburg.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training (e.g. Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Heating and Ventilation Engineer, Electrician, Electrical Engineer) or alternative commercial training such as in the SHK trade
• Knowledge in the fields of heat and control technology, heat pump technology, and knowledge in the field of photovoltaics
• Commercial and business knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft is an asset
• Fluent German skills
