Lead Service Field Engineer - Automated Logic

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Lead Service Field Engineer for Automated Logic. The successful candidate will be responsible for turn-key project delivery, technical leadership, and risk management. The role requires 4+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Turn-Key Delivery: Own the install, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the lead resource and mentor for junior techs.
• Risk & Coordination: Partner with Project Managers to manage risk and align execution.
• Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to shifting priorities, project demands, and field workloads.
• Proficiency & Growth: Demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Project Integrity: Maintain expert-level documentation, including commissioning logs and progress tracking, to ensure safe and compliant system delivery.
