Salesforce Architect - Enterprise Business Systems

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform development and architecture
• Experience designing enterprise-level integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data warehouses
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform capabilities
• Proven experience leading architecture decisions and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with multi-org or large-scale Salesforce environments
• Salesforce certifications a plus
• Strong expertise in SFDC Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SFDC AI capabilities using Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce data modeling and security architecture, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations, CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce
