Senior Manager, Digital Product Management (Connected Homes)

Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to lead strategy and execution for the SmartHome mobile application and customer portal. The role will manage a team of product professionals and define how connected device data, AI-driven insights, and intuitive mobile experiences deliver meaningful value to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 + years of product management experience in connected devices, or consumer mobile apps
• Prior experience managing product professionals
• Experience building or scaling consumer-facing connected device applications comparable to smart thermostat or connected home ecosystems
• Strong technical fluency in device-cloud architectures, APIs, mobile platforms, and cloud services
• Experience embedding AI-driven personalization, predictive capabilities, or automation into consumer products
