Job Description
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator to support service operations by coordinating daily technician schedules, dispatching work orders, and prioritizing repairs to ensure efficient field operations.
Requirements
- Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs
- Manage prioritization of repairs and optimize technician assigned routes
- Create accurate AIA invoices or service billings monthly
- Work with customers and collections/cash applications department
- Assist with subcontractor communication and issue resolution
