Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of purchasing experience or 10+ years of purchasing and operations experience
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (internationally as needed)
- Preferred: Master's degree, HVAC industry experience, PMP Certification, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, factory assembly processes and bills of material, SAP experience, Spanish verbal and written communications skills, ability to be persuasive and make management presentations
