Supplier Development Leader

Supplier Development Leader role at Carrier Global Corporation. Executes supplier readiness, recovery, and improvement initiatives. Conducts supplier capacity, capability, and readiness assessments. Executes structured RCA, 5-Why, fishbone, PFMEA reviews, and corrective action implementation. Deploy Lean tools at supplier sites. Supports dual sourcing, alternate supplier qualification, and footprint diversification. Works closely with Supplier Analytics/Performance teams and Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Strategic Sourcing teams to ensure alignment between readiness work and supplier performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Operations
• 3+ years of experience in production processes, capacity modeling, process flow, and operational diagnostics
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
