We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in the Flemish Limburg / Antwerp region. As an Account Manager, you will be the technical and commercial key account manager for your region, working closely with study bureaus, architects, and installers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, advising customers technically on HVAC and energy systems, and providing technical support to project installers.
Requirements
- First point of contact for study bureaus and architects in Limburg and Antwerp
- Actively represent and promote Viessmann and Carrier
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
- Advise customers technically on HVAC and energy systems
- Follow up on all pre-sales projects in your region
- Form a bridge between internal pre-sales, sales, and the customer
- Detect customer needs and translate them into strong solutions and bids
- Provide technical support to project installers
- Market and competitor monitoring within your region
- Identify commercial opportunities and strategic growth prospects
- Reporting via Salesforce, Power BI, and internal MS365 tools
- Representing Viessmann at trade fairs, information sessions, and technical events
