Warehouse Supervisor (1st Shift) manages a team of technical/business support and/or production/maintenance employees in Materials & Logistics, overseeing day-to-day activities involving storing and shipping products. Conducts inventory control and prepares reports and manuals. Requires supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory
- Complete daily safety inspections
- Monitor yard trailer movement and radio communication
- Support continuous improvement efforts and recommend measures to improve production
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety rules and regulations
- Effectively manage hourly associates and achieve employee engagement objectives
- Use Cx tools to improve production processes and correct deficiencies as they occur
- Ensure EH&S standards and administrative procedures are followed
