Job Description
Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We’re currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Dining Services Associate- Clinicals to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position will be 3:00pm-7:00pm and may sometimes work 6:30am-2:30pm and have varying scheduled weekdays and follow every other weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Support the preparation, service, and delivery of meals in accordance with established dietary guidelines, sanitation standards, and facility policies
- Provide customer service, take orders, serve food, and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and service areas
- Assist residents with menu selections, ensuring dietary compliance and honoring personal preferences
- Communicate dietary changes, admissions, discharges, or other updates promptly; answer phones and relay messages accurately
