Head of Communications

Join Carta's Communications Team as Senior Manager, Communications, to shape the company's public narrative, drive trust, visibility, and influence in the technology and private markets communities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B PR and Communications with at least 3 years in-house
• Must have good relationships with tech and business (private equity and private credit is a plus!)
• The ability to bring people along in planning and act as a team unifier in meeting goals
• Comfort and agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overseeing a public relations agency
• An understanding of how subfunctions of marketing come together to create impact
• A level of character that builds trust and exemplifies working collaboratively
• BA required
• SaaS experience
