Requirements

• Experience supporting the preparation and filing of tax returns and IRS e-filings.
• Ability to work with complex tax structures and documentation.
• Organized and calm under pressure, able to manage competing demands on time.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about venture capital, able to navigate complex tax structures.
• Experience leveraging technologies to automate processes and gain efficiencies.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
