Job Description
The Cellular Therapy Technologist 1 (CTT1) participates in activities in the Cellular Therapy Laboratory, including cellular therapy processing, quality control, educational instruction, and design of new methodology for processing CT products.
Requirements
- MT (ASCP), MLS(ASCP) or equivalent, or eligible with certification obtained within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field in laboratory science
- Minimum of one year of experience as an MT/MLS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic blood bank knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and math skills
- Very strong customer service practices
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make sound reasonable decisions
