Job Description
The Records Auditor reviews blood collection records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance through detailed auditing and data entry, ensuring donor and patient safety and supporting departmental efficiency and organizational success.
Requirements
- High School Education or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience with phlebotomy or a process-driven role in blood banking (or another highly regulated industry); or a minimum of 2 years of experience with clerical auditing of business or laboratory records may qualify
- Data entry experience, preferred
- Computer skills
- Effectively detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive work accurately
- Ability to perform job responsibilities efficiently and accurately in compliance with CBC policies, and applicable standards and regulations
