Job Description
A Carter Lumber Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Truss Plant, including entering and generating quotes/orders, confirmation calls, and providing excellent service to customers.
Requirements
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task; Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and strong Excel experience
