Job Description
We are currently offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced EPG Field Technician new hires. The EPG Field Service Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing complex operational failures to electrical generator systems and related basic engine failures at customer sites.
Requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge
- Self-directed and well organized with the ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to obtain a CDL and/or DOT certification
- Proficient in the use of technical software, databases and manuals
