Job Description
Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant responsible for custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a new apartment community in Sarasota, FL. Competitive salary and strong benefit package included.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform general custodial duties
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to operate machinery, tools and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups
