Job Description
Seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at a BRAND NEW apartment community in Cape Coral, Florida, with a competitive salary and strong benefit package.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior affordable housing experience required, LIHTC preferred
- TCS/C3P/HCCP certifications are a plus
- Analytical mind to evaluate challenges and recommend a course of action
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups
