Production Designer

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Designer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that creative concepts are translated into production-ready artwork that aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years prior experience in production
• Strong design skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, accuracy and consistency
• Strong understanding of production processes, including print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with file preparation for offset printing, large format printing, and web formats
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
