As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulating new parents and grandparents, introducing them to new baby essentials, and helping them prep for their first day of school.

Requirements

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Resolve customer issues, balance multiple customers, and maintain a safe, clean store
• Meet customer needs, execute point of sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment
• Articulate promotional events, brand loyalty program, and credit to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks, and lift 40 pounds as needed
