Requirements

• Welcoming customers with a warm greeting and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolving issues for customers and balancing multiple customers in a busy retail environment
• Meeting customer needs by assisting with omnichannel and providing a positive shopping experience
• Executing and expediting point of sale/register transactions
• Completing floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulating current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimizing store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
