As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers, and providing assistance with products and benefits. You'll work in a welcoming and inclusive environment that values skills and talents.

Requirements

• Welcoming customers with a warm greeting and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolving issues for customers and balancing multiple customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
