As a Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and continually educating yourself and your team on product styles, features, and benefits. You will lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through, and maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
