Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior commercial, partnership, or business development roles within the loyalty, affinity, and membership programmes sector
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or a related field
- Strong commercial and financial literacy
- Experience negotiating travel industry agreements within a loyalty context
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-year commercial partnerships
- Experience working in platform-based or transaction-driven business models
- Demonstrated ability to design propositions that balance customer value, partner economics, and internal contribution
