Job Description
Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with 2+ years of customer-facing experience to join their growing team. These individuals will handle customer deliveries, vehicle inspection, paperwork completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with a commercial license (training provided).
- Load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler.
- Complete customer paperwork and keep accurate notes in the tracking system.
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification policy.
