Job Description
Carvana is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Advocates to build a positive customer experience in their online shopping process. Advocates will deliver vehicles, inspect them, and maintain a clean driving record while providing excellent customer service. This is a high-demand, fast-paced role within a growing company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Availability to work 11am - 9pm
- Team member must be available to work 7 days a week (with rotations)
- Valid driver's license
