Carvana is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting, tracking, and collecting warranty claims, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an equivalent administrative role within an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts, as well as manufacturer warranty procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, especially in handling financial and compliance-related documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex warranty guidelines to team members and external contacts.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
