Experienced Automotive Technician

Carvana is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, completing scheduled maintenance and factory recalls, and communicating with customers. Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable independent shop
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, brakes, and tires
• ASE certifications are highly preferred, with a focus on areas relevant to your specialization
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues
• Expertise in using diagnostic software and specialized tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
