Carvana is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in an Inspection Center, providing mentoring and accountability to direct reports and ensuring adherence to operating standards.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years
