At Carvana, we sell cars but focus on customer satisfaction. We're looking for a Team Lead, Market Operations to run our local Carvana hub, managing employee and customer experience, and proactively creating solutions to potential roadblocks. The ideal candidate is a big picture thinker with strong leadership skills and experience in customer-facing team environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven history of developing and coaching employees
- Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals
