Territory Manager

Carvana is looking for a Territory Manager to lead a team of Market Leaders across various locations in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of operational experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of urgency. They will be responsible for motivating and inspiring their team, improving operational efficiency, and implementing change across multiple HUB locations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operational experience
• At least 5 years experience of leading teams with 2 years managing managers
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to implement change across multiple HUB locations
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Willingness to travel (up to 75%) required
