Job Description
The EMAC Group is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer for a State Chartered Bank in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying new borrowers, developing a network of referral partners, and meeting sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include generating mortgage applications, advising customers on loan needs, and promoting home ownership through business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently in the mortgage industry
- Actively build relationships with referral partners and existing customer database
- Track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales
- Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
- Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million
- Established relationships with local referral networks
- Strong communication and computer skills
