Job Description
Heavy Equipment Operator role at Carver Companies involves operating heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport bulk materials, as well as assisting with vessel operations and performing daily equipment inspections. The role requires 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial or construction setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to operate at least two types of equipment
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and maintenance practices
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Familiarity with bulk material handling and vessel loading procedures
