Job Description
The EMAC Group is a provider of mortgage recruiting services, offering an extensive network of mortgage professionals and expertise developed over 20 years. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will proactively identify, develop, and maintain business relationships to generate new mortgage lending opportunities. You will also generate complete mortgage applications, meeting sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Currently in the mortgage industry
- Active relationships with referral partners and existing customer database
- A track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- NMLS License
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales preferred
- Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
- Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)
- Established relationships with local referral networks
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
- Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
