Job Description
Mobile Dredging & Video Pipe Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee various contracts, communicate with clients and upper management, and manage project priorities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in underground construction or pipeline rehabilitation, effective communication skills, and technical knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Effective oral and written skills for client communications
- 1-2 years of experience in underground construction or pipeline rehabilitation
- Technical and contract knowledge in scheduling, estimating, contract administration, and cost control
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Ability to physically access working areas of a construction project site
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the schedule
