Occupational Therapist

A Rewarding Career at CASA Mental Health. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to children, youth, and families across multiple programs. The role will provide assessment, treatment recommendation(s), consultation, and education, within the Core program. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance access to services, ensure seamless transitions, and improve outcomes for children and youth within an integrated model of care.

Requirements

• Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention practices for children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in assessment administration, and recommendations, report writing and group facilitation.
• Certification in areas relevant to child and adolescent mental health, such as sensory integration or developmental interventions, is beneficial.
• Specialized training in pediatric occupational therapy is recommended including additional training or certification in pediatric occupational therapy and mental health interventions.
