Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Minimum two-to-three years clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in mental health or pediatrics
• Active licensure with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) required or commitment to obtain within agreed timeframe
• Authorization to order laboratory tests as per ACP regulations
• Certification in injection administration
