Project Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for home service requests, owning each project from initial intake through completion.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in coordination, operations, property management, or hospitality
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once without losing detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear plans of action
- Confident working with vendors, comparing options, and making recommendations
- Strong follow-through and consistent ability to close the loop
- Ability to build and improve processes in fast-moving environments
- Ownership and approach to decisions with a long-term, company-first mindset
