Requirements

• Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role, ideally in residential homes
• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Own general tools and can use them safely and effectively
• Own vehicle and can reliably travel around San Francisco
• Clean background check and drivers license
