Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead strategy, drive execution, and amplify the team while maintaining high-quality code and technical alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced production SaaS environments
• Holistic understanding of web architectures and ability to navigate a broad system
• Deep expertise in modern programming languages and web application frameworks
• Strong competence in data modeling for relational databases and distributed cloud platforms
• Experience in regulated industries (Fintech or Healthcare) is a nice-to-have
