Senior Software Developer, Data Interoperability Platform

Caseware is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and build a modern, scalable data platform for their cloud-based platform. The role will involve building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines, designing and evolving data lake foundations, and enabling real-time and event-driven data flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
• 3+ years of experience designing and operating cloud-based (AWS) data platforms
• Experience building and owning end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience designing and supporting production-grade data systems for customer-facing SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience enabling AI- and analytics-driven workloads
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience operating data systems in production
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers
• Strong English language communication and collaboration skills
