Casey Family Programs is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Indian Child and Family Well-Being Programs (ICFWP). The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in tribal management, administration, or supervision in a tribal child welfare system.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- At least 10 years of combined progressively responsible experience in tribal management, administration, or supervision in a tribal child welfare system
- Experience in managing child welfare operations, supervision, project management, and collaboration
- High-level experience managing Indian Child Welfare service delivery systems in tribal communities
- Demonstrated skill and leadership in community engagement strategies
- Ability to provide technical assistance, make presentations, work independently, provide assessments and system evaluation
- Excellent adaptive and technical leadership skills
- Demonstrated commitment to respect for tribal sovereignty, and respect for cultural, racial, and gender difference
- Personal qualities demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, collaboration and a capacity for self-reflection and commitment to lifelong learning
- Ability to contribute effectively with and across teams and with external partners
