Senior Director, Indian Child & Family Well-Being Programs - Denver

Casey Family Programs is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Indian Child and Family Well-Being Programs (ICFWP). The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in tribal management, administration, or supervision in a tribal child welfare system.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• At least 10 years of combined progressively responsible experience in tribal management, administration, or supervision in a tribal child welfare system
• Experience in managing child welfare operations, supervision, project management, and collaboration
• High-level experience managing Indian Child Welfare service delivery systems in tribal communities
• Demonstrated skill and leadership in community engagement strategies
• Ability to provide technical assistance, make presentations, work independently, provide assessments and system evaluation
• Excellent adaptive and technical leadership skills
• Demonstrated commitment to respect for tribal sovereignty, and respect for cultural, racial, and gender difference
• Personal qualities demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, collaboration and a capacity for self-reflection and commitment to lifelong learning
• Ability to contribute effectively with and across teams and with external partners
