Social Worker - Joan B. Poliak Seattle Field Office

Casey Family Programs is seeking a Social Worker to provide case management services to children, youth, young adults, and families in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in child welfare or a related field. The Social Worker will be responsible for coordinating and delivering services to clients, working closely with public child welfare system staff, and collaborating with field office leadership and staff to expedite improved outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in child welfare or a related field
• Broad knowledge of social work practice and clinical theory
• Expertise in areas of permanency, improved well-being outcomes for youth in care, and family engagement
• Ability to work and communicate effectively across differences with diverse services, populations, staff and stakeholders
