Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their staff at Bethesda of Willmar, a senior care community in Willmar, MN. The position offers flexible work options, competitive pay, benefits, and a $7,500 bonus.

Requirements

• Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional deficits
• Provide hands-on therapy, educate and support patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
