Therapist On-Call (PT, OT, SLP)

Pro Rehab is hiring a Therapist On-Call to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. The Therapist will assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Current licensure for MN, ND, or IA
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations for Home Health care
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
